Educate and Celebrate’s Mission Statement
‘The Educate & Celebrate initiative is innovative and visionary’ Ofsted, Jan 2016
Educate and Celebrate is a program designed to run in schools, colleges and universities. It aims to transform all of these establishments into Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) friendly places, creating a safe environment for pupils, students, staff, governors and parents to thrive and achieve in, enabling everyone to be themselves without fear of discrimination.
We are very proud to have been awarded the Gold award for Educate Celebrate.

Rainbow Day
On 10th June all of the staff and pupils wore clothes in the colours of the rainbow to celebrate diversity and equality. During the day the pupils learnt about what makes us all different and took part in many discussions and activities to support this.
